Pheasant Sketch

I love this handsome pheasant and he makes a great masculine card.

This picture looks kind of washed out but it was the best out of the ten pics that I took!

I used this sketch from the SCS Sketch challenge this week.

I looked in my UFO box to see if I had something in there that would work for this.  I had stamped this guy a while back and didn't like the placement, so I cut him out, colored him, and added some vegetation and sponging.

I dyed the twine by holding it on the Chocolate Chip ink pad with a sponge and dragging it.  It's messy, but it works!

Card Recipe
Stamps:  Autumn Days
Ink:  Soft Suede, Chocolate Chip, Crumb Cake, Dusty Durango, Garden Green, Ruby Red, Baja Breeze, So Saffron
Paper:  Naturals Ivory, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla
Accessories:  Big Shot, Square Lattice EF, Hemp Twine

My computer has gotten so slow that it takes longer to do my blog and drop my cards off at the challenges than it takes to make the card!  It's very frustrating, but I still have aother card I want to share  Hopefully I will be back soon.

Enjoy,
Bonnie

You're right, Bonnie, this is just a wonderful stamp for making masculine cards and I really like the sketch.
Oh, that sounds bad about your computer. Hope you can find a solution.
