Birthday Happiness

I really love watercoloring on a card.

I still struggle with it, but I know that practice will make perfect.  And this is a wonderful set to practice on.

The Stampin' Up Only challenge this week is to do a Birthday Card.  Something I'm always needing.

And when I was checking out the challenge, I saw that this card made it into the top 3 in the last challenge.  Whoot!!  That made my day!

All supplies are Stampin' Up!

Card Recipe
Stamps:  Happiness Shared, Watercolor Trio (retired)
Ink:  Jet Black StazOn, Rich Razzleberry
Paper:  Shimmery White, Whisper White, Rich Razzleberry
Other:  Re-inkers, Aqua Painter, Big Shot, Elegant Lines EF, Large Oval Punch

What interesting weather.  Yesterday morning we woke up to snow.  Today it got to 58°.  Thursday it's supposed to be in the 70s.  I love North Carolina winters!

I'm so glad you stopped by.

Enjoy!

Beautiful, Bonnie! I love watercoloring, too. I just don't do it as much as before I got Copics, though. Congrats on your top three card...that always feels good.
We are supposed to have some stormy weather for the next 2 days. Looks like almost no snow this year.

Struggling? Seriously, Bonnie?? Your watercolor skills are AMAZING! At first I thought the flower had been fancy-cut and couldn't find the watercoloring on your card! ;-) Really, really beautiful!!!

Gorgeous! I think your watercoloring doesn't need any practice. :) And I love seeing Rich Razzleberry paired with the white here. Such a crisp, elegant combo! Oh, and congrats on getting that 'love' card picked! Yay!
