Dynamic Duos Wild Pumpkin

This is probably my favorite butterfly of all the (many) butterfly stamps I have.

The Dynamic Duos challenge last Saturday was...

My Wild Wasabi didn't stamp bright.  I think it's because it's on the Naturals White cardstock although it could have more to do with the stamper!

All supplies are Stampin' Up!

Card Recipe
Stamps:  Papillon Potpourri, Just Believe
Ink:  Jet Black StazOn, SU Markers (Pumpkin Pie, Wild Wasabi, Basic Black)
Paper:  Naturals White, Basic Black

We found an old remote control that we let Jack have to play with.  He thinks he's big stuff now.  And we keep telling him not to push the buttons.  He thinks it's hilarious.  He got the real one a couple of times and we had to reboot the system because we couldn't figure out how to fix it any other way.  When DH and I retired we said we weren't going to have to learn any more electronic stuff.  If only......

Thanks for stopping by.

Enjoy!

That butterfly IS really beautiful. Might have to add it to my next SU! order (which is getting very big ... maybe just a titch over the top) :)

Love the color - so vibrant.

Gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous! Love that bright pop of color on that Naturals background. That black border brings it all together too!

Bonnie, I see why that is your favorite butterfly. It's a beauty and so is your card.
I know what you mean...we have to put the remote high up somewhere when little hands are visiting.
They can do a lot of damage. :-)

The black frame really sets off this card. I was giggling at the thought of Jack learning to control a remote early in life!

I like the way the wild wasabi stamped - it looks just right against the natural cardstock. And the butterfly is gorgeous - coloured that way, it really looks like a monarch butterfly.

Simply lovely! I'm glad you used the Naturals White even though the green came up different...it's the perfect backdrop to this gentle scene. So glad to see you at Dynamic Duos!
