Christmas Candles

Good Merry Monday morning.

Did you realize that we're more than halfway to Christmas?

How are you coming on your Christmas card stash?

This week's challenge is brought to us by
super talented Sue (Cat's Ink.Corporated)
Here is what she brought us.....

Not long ago a friend of mine gave me a lot of stamps
and this stamp was in the bunch.

The image was stamped on vellum with Memento Ink
and colored on the reverse side with Copic Markers.

I should have embossed the image, but I thought of that too late.

Oh, well.

After coloring the image, I die cut some little poinsettias,
sponged ink on the edges and layered up.

A few sprigs of punched pine finished it up.

The vellum and the paper for the poinsettia were from the snippets bag
so I'm off to Pixies Snippet Playground.

is open until the end of the month.

I hope you'll stamp, punch or die cut some candles,
add them to your Christmas card
and join us at

Thanks for the visit.

Enjoy!
