Cheers for Merry Monday

Good Merry Monday morning!

It's the last Merry Monday challenge before Christmas!

And the last Merry Monday challenge for me as a Design Team Member.

I'm going to miss the team and the participants a lot!

Nina is our challenge hostess this week.
Here's what she chose.

I used a NBUS stamp to put the sentiment on a snippet of  watercolor background
that had been die cut.

A few snippets of greenery and a wired twine bow, and the design was done.

I mounted it on a piece of Tim Holtz woodgrain paper.

All these snippets will be my ticket in to
where there's lots of Christmas fun going on.

Thanks for all the love you've showed me in my Merry Monday years.
I'll be seeing you in the gallery!

Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

Enjoy!

Card Recipe
Stamps:  Christmas Messages (retired SU)
Ink:   Cherry Cobbler
Paper:   Solar White (Neena 110 lb.), Woodgrain (TH), Cherry Cobbler (SU), Mixed Media (Strathmore)
Other:  Anytime Tags Die (LI), Holly Punch, Pine Punch (MS), Wire Twine (Michaels)

Classic, good looking card...plus it looks fairly quick and easy which is going to my focus for next year (smiley face). The wood grain paper is such a nice touch.

Beautiful and elegant Bonnie. Love the combination of colours and the fantastic design. Will miss seeing you on the MM team, but so happy that we are working together on CAS Mix Up and CAS Watercolour. It's been a bit of a rough start this year with health issues, but looking forward to having lots of fun next year with our teams. Have a wonderful Christmas with Bruce and family. xx

Love the layered tags (like the way their shape reflects the white containers in the challenge photo) and the great sentiment.

Your card is just beautiful Bonnie! Love the shape of the "tag" you used and love that holly. The sentiment says it all! I'm sure you will be missed a lot too Bonnie and all your talent will be missed. Hugs, Brenda

You're leaving the DT?! Oh noooo! Who will motivate me to make my cards? Even hubby recognized how wonderful Merry Monday was to us this year.

I like your holiday cheer card. I was thinking of using the wine bottle tag I made in class recently for this week's MM. We'll see.
