I was playing with this beautiful Serendipity Thistle stamp for last month's class
and had an extra that I stamped different color dots on trying to decide
which color to go with. I ultimately decided on the pale yellow,
but liked how it looked with all the different colors.
The thistle stamp, which includes the butterfly,
was so easy to ink with markers.
The MISTI is such a great tool for this technique!
I die cut around the bottom and put the design on a piece of
mauve cardstock. It looked like it needed a little something else,
so I scored the bottom of the mauve piece.

Whoa, you got ahead of me with your cards. I love that watercolor card with the birch trees and the lamppost card is so pretty. This thistle card is lovely. I do like the yellow splatters and the scalloped bottom. Adding the scores along the bottom just finished off the card perfectly.

This is such a pretty & versatile stamp...It looks lovely in the bright pink and I like the different color spatters on this one too. Also like the curved bottom edge design with the scoring. At first I thought it was some colored corrugated paper. Very lovely, Miss B. TFS & hugs

I really love that thistle stamp - just might have to buy it!! Beautiful colours and great splattering to match them. I like the scalloped bottom edge too, allowing the pink background to have more space than just a thin border.

Oh Bonnie this is beautiful! I so love that stamp and was so envious when Loll won hers. I just have to have it as I have seen so many gorgeous cards with it. Love the colouring and that butterfly is so bright and pretty. Love the scallop die too. Great background DP.

I so love this stamp and I adore this card Bonnie! The butterfly looks like it could just fly right off the card. I the colors you used are so pretty and I really love the splatters. Oh, every time your card with this punch looks stunning. You mobilized me to reach my supplies and work with this stamp. I am afraid, however, that I will not be able to achieve such beauty as you in this card.
