Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
Seems like I keep needing to send sympathy cards. This one is very
clean and simple.
Michele posted this card last week and it reminded me that I have
this embossing folder. I love the look it has of double embossing.
I watercolored the die cut and a added a pressed sentiment to finish it off.
Challenges:
Simply Clean and Simple - (Did not use the option of beach)
Darnell's I.D.E.A.S. - Third week is Embossing

Your sweet and thoughtful comments warm my heart!
Bonnie, it's wonderful having someone who reminds us of things we love in our stashes! I was reminded by Kelly from PTI - who was the enabler, too!
ReplyDeleteI love your simple, stunning, heartfelt card of condolences, my friend. Something so sweet and 'homemade from the heart' is sure to make the recipient know how much you care.

Clean and simple and lovely card with that pretty bloom and embossed background. A thoughtful card to let someone know you are thinking of them.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Especially your painting - always so good. You hae a good eye and just the right touch!

A beautiful, heartfelt sympathy card.
ReplyDeleteCAS is a great way to send your sympathy, and this one is perfect for it! Your purple tulip is pretty, and sweetly accented by the embossing. So sorry you had to send another card, they seem to come in waves.
ReplyDeleteClean and Simple is the way to go with sympathy cards, IMHO, and the bit of color and beautifully embossed background are all it needs to touch the hearts of the recipients. Lovely card, Bonnie!
ReplyDeleteA lovely card, I too think a simple design is perfect for a sympathy card. Thank you for playing along with us at Simply Clean & Simple!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful. x
ReplyDeleteA stunning CAS card in it's simplicity, Bonnie! What a beautiful single tulip - against that lovely deep embossed panel! Julia xx

ReplyDeleteIt truly is perfect and so absolutely lovely. I admired that EF when Michele used it and now I'm loving it again on your beautiful card. I hope you don't need too many more sympathy cards, Bonnie.
ReplyDeleteCAS is always my preference for sympathy cards, and this is so beautiful and tranquil--sure to soothe! I need to check out that EF--I also loved it when Michele used it.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very soothing, Bon, just perfect for a caring sympathy card. I love the color! I have that e/f, too, so thanks to you and M for the inspiration. And thank you for using this week's I.D.E.A.S. Calendar to motivate others!📌Hugs, Darnell
