I'm excited to be Guest Designing for the Penny Black Saturday Challenge
this month. Here's my mid-month inspiration.
Penny Black Saturday is always Anything Goes using Penny Black Products.
This month it's optional to use 'Your Favorite Penny Black Stamp'.
I'm not sure whether this was an easy choice or a hard one. I have a lot of
favorite Penny Black Stamps, and I really, really love the Garden Trio set. All three
of the flowers are lovely and so fun to color!
I stamped the flower on mixed media paper with Memento Toffee Crunch ink
and colored with Distress re-inkers used as watercolor.
It's always a pleasure to Guest Design with the Penny Black Saturday team.

Gorgeous card and coloring. Love all the texture and pretty flowers. Love the white butterflies on that Hexagon frame.
ReplyDeleteI haven't gotten the knack of no-line coloring but you sure have, Bonnie. The flowers are gorgeous and you designed a great panel to show them off.
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are gorgeous, and the coloring really brought out all the light and shade that creates the petals. Your imagination really brought these flowers to life and made them look so natural. A beautiful card; you designed every detail beautifully.

ReplyDeleteI love the white on white look with just that pop of colour on the beautifully coloured flower stem Bonnie, and such terrific finishing touches with the twine bow and pearl and the added pearls on the sweet little butterflies...a gorgeous card! x
