Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
Recently two friends had surgery.
I had been playing with some new Alex Syberia die sets and pulled
out another set that's just a little bit older, and they seemed to be just
the ticket for feel better cards.
For this first card, I paired the new to me Winter Foliage dies with that sweet bird from
the Cheerful Meadow set.
The foliage was cut from white cardstock and the ink was brushed on with
blender brushes. The bird was cut from mixed media paper and watercolored
with Distress Ink.
For the second card, I used the same bird die and a sweet rainbow. All were
cut from mixed media paper and watercolored with Distress Re-inkers.
I wish you cheerful, brighter days too.
Challenges:

What wonderful sweet cards to send to friends in need of some cheering up, Bon. I love them both. I especially love that you watercolored the rainbow in soft colors, rather than using colored cardstock. Dreamy! Thank you for inspiring everyone to use their NBUS! Hugs, Dolly
