Blessed to Call You Friend

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

Seems like I've been posting a lot this week and thought I'd give you
a break this Friday, but....

last Friday a friend came to play and brought this stamp set for me to try.

I don't usually do well on layered stamping but I gave it a try.  By standing
and looking directly down on the Misti, I was able to line things up pretty well.
I had a few misses, but nothing I couldn't fix.

This week I got the stamping on a card so it didn't have to join the crowd
in my UFO box!

That's my Fun Friday for this week.
I'm hoping for a creative weekend.  I hope you have one too.

Card Recipe
Stamps:  Blessed Blooms (ret Grtry)
Ink:   Crushed Curry, More Mustard, Cajun Craze, Old Olive (SU)
Paper:   Neenah Solar White, Cajun Craze
Other:  Essential Stylish Ovals (SB), Pierced Blanket Cover Die (PF)

Enjoy!

  3. That scattering of fall leaves and flowers is lovely, Bonnie, and works beautifully with an oval shaped card. I hope your weekend is full of fun and craftiness, my friend!

  6. I am usually pretty surprised by your makes - this certainly was a surprise. It seems that you have more designs in your mind than Carter has Little Liver Pills! Who doesn't love traditional Christmas colors but I do believe the colors of Autumn are my most favorite.
Beautiful card to celebrate the fall season.

  10. Such pretty flowers and leaves Bonnie and the pierced diamond background with the yellow spatters looks great, and the elongated oval shape shows it all off beautifully, and a lovely sentiment to finish. x

  13. There's always room for Fun Friday! It's my favorite kind of stamping -- just come what may. I'm glad this pretty panel got to a card before it hit the UFO box. It's such a pretty thing!
