Bundled Snowman

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

This sweet little snowman spoke up and said he would work well for Verena's sketch this week

Here's the sketch....

The color is an old and long ago retired In Color from Stampin' Up!
The embossed snowflakes have been patted with white ink.  The snowman's hat
and scarf were cut from the colored cardstock and the body from white.

I used some puffy stuff for his hat brim and pom-pom.  It's liquid and puffs when
you heat it.  I added some glitter around the edges too to make him look extra frosty.

Card Recipe
Stamps:
Ink:   Whisper White
Paper:   Purely Pomegranate (ret SU), Neenah Solar White
Other:  Bundled Snowman die (SSS), Flurry of Snowflakes EF (SB), Foiled sentiment, Subtle EF (ret SU)

Enjoy!

  6. Awww. sweetness! Your little snowman spoke correctly as he does work perfectly with the sketch. Purely Pomegranate is a beautiful color which I still have in cardstock, ink, and designer paper. I need to reach further back in my file drawers more often because the color of your card is exceptionally eye catching!

  10. What a beautiful Christmas card! I love the color choice—it’s deep and creates an incredible contrast. Using white ink on the embossed areas brings out an entirely new color, almost with a hint of purple. It’s truly amazing. The little snowman is so sweet; he has a lovely, fluffy hat and sparkles beautifully!
    hugs,
