I love how you made them look like autumn leaves and the pumpkin in the center really makes this fall card shine! How clever to use these leave die to make a Christmas card too. I love those berries and the that simple Christmas sentiment in the center of them. So gorgeous are both of these twofers! So happy that all was well in your neck of NC, but I know many aren't safe and have lost a lot. Our local news channel did an on air fun raiser for the people of NC. Hope it helps them out some. Perfect sentiment, as well. And your Christmas card is really lovely, and squished or puffy, those berries really finish those leaves off in such a festive way! (I'll bet you are thinking about how you can use it for other holidays!) Your seasonal touches and fabulous coloring are perfect! I chuckled at your "flattened berries" realization because the truth is, even if they are dried for a very long time, they arrive flattened in the mail! Yes, it's true, unless you pay extra to hand-cancel the envelope. Once they send that mail through the rollers of the cancelling machine, our pretty drops don't stand a chance! Can't you just hear them crying out from post offices all over the world? Haha, okay, now I'm just getting carried away! Thank you, as always, for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #9! I'm so glad you weren't damaged in the storm and I'm still keeping those less fortunate in my prayers.
