My blogging friend Sue, from Sharing what I Love, has issued a challenge the past few Sundays to make a card or cards from scraps. I made these cards for the challenge a couple of weeks ago and never got to post them. It's too late to link to Sue's challenge, but here they are....
and this
and this....
I have some scraps laying out for this weeks challenge. Maybe I'll get a chance to put the card together. Then the ribbon I'll need is at the new house. Nothing like a challenging challenge is there? You may see that card in a few weeks. If it doesn't get lost in the move!
I've got to pack up the rest of my stamping stuff tomorrow so there'll be no escaping from the craziness for a few days!
I did get to hold that precious new grandson for a while today. How sweet he is!
Thanks for visiting today and for the lovely comments you have left.
Enjoy!
They're all so pretty, Bonnie. Glad you got to cuddle that grandson. There's nothing like it.
ReplyDeleteHope the move goes well.
I've had my eye on Sue's challenge too but so far I've not been able to squeeze any in! It's such a great idea and your three cards make perfect use of left-over designer paper. How lovely that you got to cuddle your grandson today!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cards, Bonnie. Thanks for joining in on the challenges. It's been a long time since I held a tiny baby. Miss that.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful bunch of 'green' cards! I think they are lovely and have a simple elegance to them too~
ReplyDeleteI never quite make it for Sue's challenge either but I've promised myself I will soon. Your cards are lovely and you wouldn't know that they are made with snippets. Good luck with the packing and moving and have a good week. Elizabeth x
ReplyDeleteBeautiful "scrap" cards Bonnie, who would have knowm?
ReplyDeleteAll beautiful cards, Bonnie! Isn't it fun to use up all those scraps?!
ReplyDeleteBonnie! I've missed you. :) I just signed on to get email updates from you, because I find that is my easiest way of keeping up with my friends' blogs.
ReplyDeleteA new grandson?? Wow! Congratulations! You must be over the moon, and I am so happy for you. :)
Love the way you used scraps here, and I'll have to try to remember these examples. We all have more scraps than we know what to do with!
