This is for this week's Queen for the Day at SCS, Sandy (aka stampingwriter). Check out her inspiring gallery. I chose this card to CASE and used a soon to be retired set, Elements of Style.
Paper Players is playing with colors that Jaydee picked.
Simon Says Stamp is asking for Flower Power this week.
And for the CAS challenge at SCS - NO WORDS or SENTIMENTS-Make your image convey a sentiment instead! I hope this conveys the peace of a garden and the joy of seeing a hummingbird.

Bonnie, what a gorgeous CASE card. I love the Midnight Muse layer behind the focal image, it really grounds it and makes it pop. I also love all the texture you managed to incorporate. Proving that a CAS card can be fabulous. So glad you joined the Paper Players this week and thanks for rocking my challenge

Gorgeous colour combo. Love your vibrant green birdie. x
ReplyDeleteBonnie, I adore this stamp set and I love how you colored just a portion of it with markers. The colors really pop against the crisp white background. Thanks for sharing your creation with us at The Paper Players!

Thanks for joining Simon Says Stamp challenge.
Absolutely gorgeous, Bonnie. I love it!
ReplyDeleteAs you can see, I'm playing catch up with my commenting. Been away for a bit.
Love it. Your stamping conveyed a look of watercolor, and indeed, the quiet peace of a summer garden. The red mesh EF against the focal imagine was so very striking too. TFS
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful way to use those colors! Love that pretty humming bird!
ReplyDeleteWhat a shame that such a pretty stamp set is retiring. I am glad I own it.
ReplyDeleteLove how you trimmed out the bird and poised him above the flowers.
