We had lots of visitors yesterday. It was so much fun watching all the birds.
A special thank you to Jim at Love the Details for inspiring me to put the big lens on the camera and get these photos.
I hope you are warm and cozy wherever you are.
Thanks for stopping by.
Enjoy!
I LOVE these photos, Bonnie! I wish I could take pictures like this! What is the bottom photo? I wanted to tell you also, that I saw a yellow-bellied sapsucker in my tree a couple of days ago...haven't seen one of them in several years!
ReplyDeleteSuch colorful little birdies against the snow. So precious!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! You put those cardinals in there just for me. I know it! Did you see that your Bird Note card was featured over at Nicecrane? If not, way to go!Liked it all over again, and that set will definitely be winging my way. Stay warm. Heard you folks are getting more of the white stuff (got the word from a cousin up in Hampton Va, about another cousin who lives in Cary! Talk about the way word spreads in a family LOL). TFS & Hugs
ReplyDeleteNice pictures Bonnie! You have an aviary in your back yard. Those pictures are good. They will be a treasure. Thanks for sharing them. The cardinals were singing their hearts out today.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos!! I just love to watch the birds in my yard, they are so much fun. You get a nice variety at your feeders!
ReplyDeleteFABULOUS pictures! The little guy that is alll fluffed up is sooo cute! Blessings to you for feeding them during the snow :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a winter wonderland!! So pretty and love all the photo shots! I always laugh when I see how "puffed up" they can get when it's so cold.

Great pictures!
ReplyDeleteBonnie, what wonderful photos. I love all those pretty birds and I know they are happy you are feeding them in this cold, snowy weather. I'm really happy you shared.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely bunch of visitors! Great photos.
ReplyDeleteYou sure did have a lot of visitors. The birds are all so beautiful. Thanks for sharing! Loll xx
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness--what a wonderful variety of birds you get to see! I was thrilled to have a pair of Varied Thrushes come to our yard during the snow, but the rest were ones I see all the time. I do love watching the birds--just got a new seed mix to try.
ReplyDeleteWow and double wow Bonnie! What amazing photos and you do have some gloriously coloured birds in your garden. TFS!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Di xx
What an amazing collection of birds. I love watching them in the garden but don't get nearly as much variety as that. In fact I get really excited if I get one that's not a usual visitor! So glad you put the big lens on!
ReplyDeleteGREAT pictures of the birds. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteFab photos Bonnie! These birds are gorgeous. :)
ReplyDeleteWOW! Great shots of some gorgeous birds!! LOVE!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing these beautiful pictures!!! It brings back the wonderful memories of watching beautiful birds like this in my parents' back yard back in Ohio. They always had bird feeders out all through the winter.
ReplyDeleteWhat fabulous photos and birds,we don't have most of them in the UK, what a wonderful sight, thanks for posting them.
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful pictures, Bonnie. I love watching birds and have a number of feeders. I've never had a bluebird, though. Right night it's mostly chickadees, cardinals and blue jays.
ReplyDeleteWow Bonnie, these are beautiful pictures. You certainly hit the jackpot in one day; amazing colors to brighten up the winter day.
ReplyDeleteOh Bonnie, How lucky are you?? What fabulous photos and wonderful visitors. I love your big bird feeder, I haven't seen anything like that in NZ. We have sparrows so recognize that wee fella. I have a birdbath and could sit for hours watching the birds preen!! Lovely!!!!!
ReplyDeleteStunning pictures. Those birds are so colourful!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love your bird pictures - amazing! Must be so fun to watch them! Whenever I try to feed the birds the squirrels eat it all... :(
ReplyDeleteFabulous photos Bonnie!!! Pretty birds :)
