The Featured Stamper at SCS this week is
Lisa Young (aka Genesis)
What a beautiful gallery!
I chose this card
keeping the color and flower scheme.
(My camera seems to think Wisteria is more blue than lavender.)
This also fits for the
CAS challenge at SCS
to use dry embossing on a card.
I think I'll take this over to
Happy Birthday challenge
since they're leaving it up for an extra day.
The flower was inked with Wisteria Wonder then "thumped" with
an Elegant Eggplant Marker.
Thanks for stopping by.
Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful, Bonnie. Even if the colors aren't what you thought they should be, they look gorgeous to me. I recently saw where someone else on a blog was upset that she could not get her lavender colors right when she photographed.
ReplyDeleteWow Bonnie. Beautiful Cas card.Love the style. Very cheerful.
ReplyDeleteLove the flower set within the banner. Purple always comes out blue for me too. Hugs Mrs A.

ReplyDeleteI love the colours (even if they photographed wrong) - blue and white is my favourite colour combination. The thumping turned out really well.

ReplyDeleteSoft and pretty. The embossed background really speak volumes in this card. And what is it about cameras that insist on changed certain colors?!
ReplyDeleteI love your embossed BG, the beautiful flower, and the edge you penned is wonderful too!
ReplyDeleteOne of my fav SU EF's - and it's beautiful here in the white, with that beautiful flower. The thumping technique was perfect to get the lovely color gradations on this image. Very classy & lovely, Miss B. TFS
