It's Merry Monday time.
This week, Kathy is asking us to
Add Sparkle, Shimmer and/or Bling
on our Christmas cards.
Do you ever think a card looks great until you see the photo of it?
That's what happened here.
I put a Glimmer Paper snowflake over a Whisper White snowflake
and thought they were all lined up.
It seems that they're not.
But it has sparkle, shimmer and bling.
ANYTHING GOES
Now, I hope you'll pull your Sparkle out and join us at
Thanks so much for the visit and your lovely comments.
I know I'm behind on visiting and hope to catch up this week.
Enjoy!

Bonnie, this card is beautiful, that color card stock is gorgeous and is beautiful with silver and white!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have noticed the snowflakes weren't lined up if you hadn't mentioned it! Love all the shimmer and sparkle! I must get a card done for Merry Monday this week as that is a great challenge!
ReplyDeleteYour card is beautiful, Bonnie! Love the colors, sentiment and that sparkly snowflake! I too would not have noticed the snowflakes being lined had you not mentioned it. I think it looks fabulous though! Full of sparkle! What's not to love! Have a great week! :)
ReplyDeleteSparkle, shimmer, bling - and beautiful! Love the way you showcased that gorgeous snowflake.

I think it is great idea to make Christmases cards in summer!
ReplyDeleteI agree with you the cards on the photo look different: sometimes better, sometimes worse)
I love silver and blue together. So elegant and perfect for a Christmas Card! xx
ReplyDeleteLove the silver glimmer paper with the lost lagoon background. So perfect together. And, of course, you've used my favourite embossing folder --- awesome!! xx
ReplyDeleteLove the color combo you used and all the glimmer is beautiful! Yes, I am finally feeling better too, thanks for posting that :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card. Love all the sparkle and shine.
ReplyDeleteVery sprakly, gorgeous and elegant Bonnie - glad to see you used some artistic licence in the placement of the layers of your star. :-)

Yes, this exact thing happens to me all the time...I always see a boo-boo I missed. However, Don't think that is the case with this pretty one. It looks perfect to me.The shadowing on your snowflake looks like a design detail to me, and gives a lot of dimension. Against the deep turquoise background, with that sparkling silver circle, it's just grand. Of course that's my favorite snowflake embossing. You do the white & turquoise - just the bestest! Bee-U-tiful card. TFS & Hugs
ReplyDeleteWhat a timeless Beauty you've created here Bonnie!
ReplyDeleteLove it!
It's beautiful, Bonnie! Love all the sparkle & your wonderful design!

Gorgeous Bonnie - love the snowy texture and silver glimmer!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, Bonnie! Love how you used the sparkle and shine! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteSparkle and shimmer it does, Bonnie. I always think things looks different on the screen, and sometimes the angle of the card when you place things on it can distort them.
ReplyDeleteThis is a stunning card Bonnie! I am loving that snowflake and I love the color combo with some glitter paper-just gorgeous! If you wouldn't have told us that the snowflakes were off, I would have thought you off set them on purpose. I think they look great off set! Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteWhat you're meant to say, Bonnie, is that you intentionally offset the snowflakes very slightly to provide added interest :) This card is fabulous, regardless. Love the sparkle and love the snowflake.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty Bonnie - love the design.
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing along at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.
Hugs,
Caryn
