Sparkle, Shimmer and Bling for Merry Monday

It's Merry Monday time.

This week, Kathy is asking us to
Add Sparkle, Shimmer and/or Bling
on our Christmas cards.

Do you ever think a card looks great until you see the photo of it?

That's what happened here.

I put a Glimmer Paper snowflake over a Whisper White snowflake
and thought they were all lined up.

It seems that they're not.

But it has sparkle, shimmer and bling.

ANYTHING GOES

Now, I hope you'll pull your Sparkle out and join us at

Thanks so much for the visit and your lovely comments.
I know I'm behind on visiting and hope to catch up this week.

Enjoy!

  13. Yes, this exact thing happens to me all the time...I always see a boo-boo I missed. However, Don't think that is the case with this pretty one. It looks perfect to me.The shadowing on your snowflake looks like a design detail to me, and gives a lot of dimension. Against the deep turquoise background, with that sparkling silver circle, it's just grand. Of course that's my favorite snowflake embossing. You do the white & turquoise - just the bestest! Bee-U-tiful card. TFS & Hugs

  20. Sparkle and shimmer it does, Bonnie. I always think things looks different on the screen, and sometimes the angle of the card when you place things on it can distort them.

  21. This is a stunning card Bonnie! I am loving that snowflake and I love the color combo with some glitter paper-just gorgeous! If you wouldn't have told us that the snowflakes were off, I would have thought you off set them on purpose. I think they look great off set! Hugs, Brenda

  22. What you're meant to say, Bonnie, is that you intentionally offset the snowflakes very slightly to provide added interest :) This card is fabulous, regardless. Love the sparkle and love the snowflake.
