There's still a few hours to enter at CAS Mix Up
This is another marbled piece I made with shaving cream and re-inkers.
This time just one color of re-inker.
I love all the white space!
I just stamped this Penny Black stamp and sentiment with Archival black in.
A very quick and easy CAS card!
The challenge is open until the 24th.
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.
Enjoy!

WOW...I love this with just one color!! Guess I better go get my shaving cream back out! I really, really like this Bonnie...just the one color and all that white and the black outline stamp makes this card so elegant...love it!! :0)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea to just stamp an outline flower to let the background really shine! And the sunny color combo is so cheerful! Just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWow, Bonnie, I love how you stamped in black on that beautifully marbled background. Beautiful card.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the design Bonnie. The marbling looks amazing with just the one colour ... and all that white streaking. Gorgeous. And love the simple outline stamp so that the marbling really is the star. Awesome! xx
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful effect, Bonnie.
ReplyDeleteYou ended the challenge on a high note with this card -- so simple yet sophisticated. Love the one color reinker effect in the marbling with the clean look of the outline flower stamped in black....great combo.
ReplyDeleteGlad you said "for now" - am loving your marbled backgrounds, Bonnie! This one looks great with the outline flowers!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful marbled background, Bonnie. A really striking card. xx
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. Glad you were able to do several cards with your mabling pieces. I have tried this technique before and loved the results.
ReplyDeleteBonnie love, love, love this design. As you have seen, I use silhouette or just black outlines on a lot of my cards. Very striking.
ReplyDeleteI Love all your white space in your beautiful marbled background for your stamped images. TFS Bonnie. You are the queen of marbling my friend. Hugs, Nancy
ReplyDeleteFantastic!
ReplyDeleteNever thought to use just the one colour for the marbling. Love the texture of th embossing folder and the outline flower stamp is perfect. Will be buying another tin of foam on my return to try out using one colour. Fabulous inspiration, thank you for sharing this beauty x
ReplyDeleteOh wow Bonnie, this my favorite of them all😍. This is the perfect CAS card, that crisp black stamping over the pastel marbling. AND The composition and harmony, 💕it!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful background for flowers. Because you did not give color to the stamp, the flowers look as if they were made of glass. I love this impression.
ReplyDeleteHugs,

STUNNING and beautifully put together, love the embossing.

ReplyDeleteWOW! Bonnie, this one has such an impact and I DO hope to case this! Love the simplicity of it and the gorgeous marbling from the shaving cream. This is FANTABULOUS!
ReplyDeleteOh wow--I have to say this is my favorite & yellows are not even my favorite color! Wonderful card, Bonnie!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I love the marbling, and the stark black outline flowers are just amazing!
ReplyDeleteThis is so fresh and pretty Bonnie. I love the colours. Barbxx
ReplyDeleteStriking colour scheme and very attractive card.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Sarn xxx
I love the marbling with just one color, Bonnie. I may have to get out the shaving cream again. This time I have gloves. ;)
ReplyDeleteOh Bonnie, this is lovely. I love that yellow with the black stamping. Now that I've tried marbling I want to make every color background! Thanks for the videos and the challenge.
ReplyDeleteVery interesting marbling done in just one color. It has such great movement. Whenever I spot that embossing folder my first thought alway is that you were trying to do Braille on your card. Who knows why that folder makes me think that. It must be because only bits of it peek out.
ReplyDeleteLove this one, Bonnie.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty... I love all that white space, too :)
This is absolutely stunning. That simple swirl of color behind those open flowers is a lovely look!
