My friend, Candee (Card Corner by Candee) was designated the Featured Stamper at SCS this week.
I've CASEd this card from her gallery.
This is what I came up with.
Candee came to my Stamp Stack last week and brought me a wonderful
goody bag full of Halloween treats.
She has directions for these goodies on her blog.
What an amazing variety of Halloween treasures (and candy).
I have such talented friends.
What a blessing!
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.
I've CASEd this card from her gallery.
This is what I came up with.
I used the same stamp set, changed the color and frame and added splattering
and die cut leaves instead of embossing.
The stamp was stamped and embossed in white and watercolored with an Aqua Painter and ink pads.
The Autumn colors fit with the
CAS Watercolour Card Challenge for October
goody bag full of Halloween treats.

Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteCongrats to Candee for being the Featured Stamper at SCS. Love the CASE of her card Bonnie. The image is so pretty embossed in white and watercoloured with autumn colours.
ReplyDeleteI am just blown away by the awesome Halloween treat bags that Candee brought you. So many adorable and different designs. You are very blessed to have such a thoughtful friend, Bonnie! xx
Your card is a beautiful CASE of your friend Candee. I love the design, heat embossing and your watercoloring.
ReplyDeleteI am really impressed with all the creative and colorful handmade gifts you received from Candee! TFS your card and gifts, Bonnie. Hugs, Nancy

Beautiful! Love the watercolors you used. You added such a great detail of shadow at the base of the plant.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. Love the embossed flower and the colors.
ReplyDeleteLove the use of fall colors and the difference between the 2 looks of your card and Candee's card using the same stamp. Shows how versatile stamps can be. I learned this watercolor technique at one of your workshops, as we talked recently, and like it because it is the watercolor look and easy, i.e. more boo boo proof than others.
ReplyDeleteLovely CASE in such a pretty autumn colour!
ReplyDeleteThe card is nice but it is way overshadowed by all those goodie bags and Halloween favors.
ReplyDeleteThanks Bonnie for your pretty card CASing one of my cards from my SCS gallery. Certainly the compliment for me!! Also thanks for the posting of my BOO Day goodie bags/holders -- am glad you found candies you like in those!! A BIG THANK YOU for all you have taught me in your classes -- you have made me one happy student!!! See you soon! Candee P
ReplyDeleteThe white embossing combined with your beautiful painting makes this a gorgeous card, Bonnie! Love the spattering, something I never got the hang of. Her goodie bags are adorable too!
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful Bonnie and a wonderful CASEing of Candee's pretty card. I love the white embossing and the pretty die cut leaves. What a fantastic array of Halloween goody bags too which are very cleverly done by Candee. x
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunning card, Bonnie! I just LOVE the coloring of the flowers!
