ReplyDeleteBeautiful card in honor of Memorial Day. We always think of our Veterans that were killed in battle or because of their injuries. I appreciate you thinking of those who still live with injuries and memories of war along with remembering those friends they lost.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card and beautiful thoughts for Memorial Day.

Love the use of the natural cs for the card base - it goes perfectly with the way you made the focal panel more rustic / vintage with the text, postmark, etc. A gorgeous card that really appeals to me!
ReplyDeleteYour sponging and background stamping have created a beautiful, vintage background. The flower is just perfect. Love brown and red together. Wonderful tribute for Memorial Day, my friend. xx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful soft sponging with neutrals to add a vintage style to your wonderfully watercolored flower. I love the calming effect of your CAS design my friend. TFS your loving thoughts, Bonnie for our veterans and all our loved ones who are no longer with us. It is a time for us all to reflect on our blessings. Thank you again sweet friend...Hugs

ReplyDeleteA really beautiful card Bonnie!
ReplyDeleteSometimes you do not need to say anything, because the card expresses everything ... This is the case with this beautiful, very nostalgic card. I see in it and love, and sadness, and longing ... A unique card.
