Embossing Paste for CAS Mix Up

Hi y'all!  It's CAS Mix Up time!


Loll is hosting this month's challenge and she chose
I used embossing paste with a stencil, stamping and shaped die cuts cardstock marbled with fingernail polish dropped in water

Card Recipe
Stamps:  Botanical Silhouettes (PTI)
Ink:   Tempting Turquoise (SU), Pumice Stone (Distress mixed with the embossing paste)
Paper:   Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White Thick (SU), Marbled cardstock, Snippet of Gold Foil)
Other:  Brick Wall Stencil (MFT), Embossing Paste (Wendy Vecchi), Stitched Butterflies (PS)

  14. Great card--reminds me of a gently worn vintage brick wall and a modern sassy butterfly! Smooshing with fingernail polish...a new one to try. Love the colors.

  24. Wow! Your butterfly is just stunning Bonnie!! Well actually the whole card is stunning. I can't believe your butterfly was done with nail polish, the colors are so vivid and beautiful. I am just swooning over this butterfly for a couple of reasons-of course one reason is the colors, but the second reason is I love how it stacks like it does, so cool is this butterfly! Hugs, Brenda

  30. Last I suffer from a notorious lack of time, hence the delay in komenowaniu this card, and it requires immediate attention! This card is great! I love many layers of butterfly, I love its vivid colors, I love how the colors create amazing images. Everything so perfectly matched. WOW! And I love how beautifully you emphasized the blue border of this stunning butterfly. Great inspiration, thank you !!
