Bejeweled in Mahogany and Gold

Hello friends and welcome.

I love this Penny Black Stamp!

Did I say, I love this Penny Black Stamp?

This time I inked the flower with Aged Mahogany and Peeled Paint Distress Markers.

I had placed it on my MISTI so I added some more Mahogany to the center of the flower
and thumped some Forest Moss on the leaves and stems and stamped again.

I added some splatters with Gold Heidi Swapp Color Shine
and a gold foil mat to match.

Challenges:
Flower Challenge #14: CAS
Just Us Girls: Thankful

  11. So when can I come over for my lessons! Just WOW on the depth of color on this- something I have never achieved with Distress inks before when stamping. Love the variation in color too- like it's shaded. You made this sound so easy and yet what an incredible impact it has . Love this, Bonnie. It's spectacular and that stamp is going on my wish list! I think Penny Black will soon own my house!

  18. This card is so beautiful, Bonnie. I love how you made this flower. With the use of multiple colors, you can create the depth of the image, the flower has an extra dimension. It looks dazzling. The golden splatter so beautifully complements the picture and I regret that the picture does not show all the glare. But I can imagine it.
