Memorial Day or Decoration Day is a day to remember
all those who have died serving our country.
And for those who have not passed on, but live with
the injuries and loss.
Poppies are a symbol of Memorial Day.
Taps
Day is done, gone the sun
From the lakes, from the hills, from the sky.
All is well, safely rest
God is nigh.

ReplyDeleteThe card looks a bit like a snowball with poppies. But the biggest treasure of this card is watercolor, which gently melts away. But it's beautiful, Bonnie!
