We've been away for a few days.
Hubby had a conference and I tagged along to spend some stamping time
with a dear friend and relax a bit too.
I have another card using Brushos. I showed Peggy this technique
while I was there.
This time I used Turquoise and Sea Green Brushos.
I sprinkled Crystals on one side of a piece of mixed media paper,
spritzed with water and watched the crystals play.
While the ink was still wet, I pressed a flower stamp into the wet color
and stamped on the right side. I did the same thing with a script stamp.
You can see another card using this technique here.
Joining in at The Flower Challenge #21
I picked Challenge #8 to CASE one of the Designers.
I chose to CASE Karen's card even using the same die cuts.
I did use a different technique for the background though.
Here's a picture of the view from our hotel room.
and a beautiful church garden we walked past in the evening.
Wish we could have gone inside the church. It was a beauty.
Maybe next time.
It was fun to get away, but always nice to come home.
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.
Enjoy!

Love this one even more than the first one you did with this technique (could it possibly be because it is in blue?!!!). I am going to CASE this - though it may turn out to be more "copy this" because I can't imagine how I could change anything as I love everything about it!!
