This beautiful reindeer was a gift from a sweet friend. He'd been waiting
patiently in my NBUS box to make his debut.
The gals at Jingle Belles gave me a perfect excuse to get him out
as they are asking for Rudolph and Friends.
He looks like he might be checking the weather while he's
practicing his prancing!
The trees and stenciled snow were already on this piece.
It was a happy find!
I placed the background in my MISTI and inked Rudolph several times
adding more color to some spots.
The stenciled snow acted as a resist.
I wish the picture showed the sparkle of the snow coming down.
I'm also going to enter this at Craft Stamper Magazine's
Take It Make It Challenge
where it's anything goes with stamping.
(I'm pleased as punch to say that this card
won over there last month.)
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.
Enjoy!

Beautiful winter scene, Bonnie! There is a softness to it that reminds me of how quiet it can be out in the woods after it has snowed.
