Have you moved on and past the decorating?
My tree is up, but my granddaughter tells me it's missing the presents.
I need to start wrapping!
For this card, I've stamped on green cardstock that's been die cut with a
layered tree, sponged the edges and popped up the layers with dimensionals.
This Quick and CAS card was die cut and put over a piece
of green glitter paper. I punched some tiny dots from red glitter paper
and inlaid them in some of the holes.
Enjoy!

Two beautiful tree cards Bonnie! I am done with my cards - even have a few extras somehow to put towards next year! But I love making them for this wonderful season! I have that layered tree die and seem to always forget to get it out - I love the green with the sponged edges - what a great look with the golden star and pretty framed embossed snow panel! and the sparkle showing through that negative die cut is so pretty! Merry Christmas to you!
ReplyDeleteLove that textured look of the first tree and oh, that green sparkle paper is gorgeous. I'm the same here, cards are done and tree is up looking naked with no gifts under it yet. Also, still have to bake but there is time.
ReplyDeleteThey're both beautiful! Love the trees on both of them Bonnie.
ReplyDeleteNo presents wrapped up here yet either and it's getting close to the big day.

Two beautiful cards, Bonnie. I've finished all my Christmas cards for this year, although we still need to get the tree up and decorated! xx
ReplyDeleteFabulous trees Bonnie with great texture and love that sparkle and the second has that bright sparkly green and red glitter paper which works beautifully showing through the cut outs of the tree. x
ReplyDeleteOh Bonnie, I wish I was done with the cards, perhaps by the end of the week. Thanks for some inspiration for some QCAS cards. I certainly need that at the moment :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards Bonnie - love the sparkly card behind the die cut in particular
ReplyDeleteBlessings

You definitely have me singing now!
ReplyDeleteSandy xx
Less 'hustle bustle' and more 'relax and enjoy' time now, Bonnie! Two more fabulous cards- I love the layered tree!
ReplyDelete=]
Two beautiful tree cards Bonnie. I love the stamping on your layered, die-cut tree. Gives it lots of texture along with that fabulous textured snow falling in the background (love the folder and wish I had it!). The glitter one is so sparkly and beautiful. Love the addition of the red berries.
ReplyDeleteHope you are almost done with your Christmas prep. I'm getting there. Each day there's something to do, so I'm slowly crossing things off my list. :) xx
both trees are gorgeous! Love the dimension on the first one. What a cool die. And love the sparkle and wonky font on the glittered one. great cards, Bonnie!
ReplyDeleteTwo very different but equally beautiful Christmas tree cards! Love the texture the stamping on the green cs gives to the first one, and love the sparkle of the second.
ReplyDeleteTwo beautiful cards and I love that you focused on green!
ReplyDeleteTwo beautiful Christmas tree cards using similar designs, but very different techniques:-) TFS Bonnie and Merry Christmas. Hugs..Nancy
ReplyDeleteTwo terrific tree twofers!... how’s that for an alliteration? 😂 I actually have both of these tree dies, and totally forgotten about the first layering one... thanks for the reminder. Great texture on the first and love the glitter on the second.
ReplyDeleteBoth cards are so pretty bonnie. The texture is fabulous on the first and loving the bling on the second. Hope your Christmas present wrapping is well on the way....in particular for your granddaughter....LOL x
ReplyDeleteTwo wonderful cards, Bonnie! I love the first tree, cutting from patterned green paper gives the impression that this tree has additional dimensions. WOW, a very creative idea
ReplyDeleteHave a great Christmas and happy New Year.
Hugs,
