Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by.
I hope you are staying well and enjoying lots of creative time!
I've been spending a lot of time practicing with my Copic markers.
I'm getting more comfortable with them largely because of these
gorgeous Digital Designs from Power Poppy.
Marcella is having a fantastic sale right now and I've fully taken advantage of it.
Actually this is a free design and I found it an amazing piece for practice.
Of course it led me to purchase many more digital designs.
At these prices I could get twice as many!
This is a background design so I cut it down and got two cards.
These are the colors I used.
Challenges:
Power Poppy Creative Confetti Challenge: Flowers for the Front Lines
I recently sent a bunch of cards to the ER at a local hospital. They are my heroes to face all they do every day. What would we do without them?
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.
Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteTwo beautiful ways of using that pretty PP digital image Bonnie. , and a freebie too, how great. I love the colours and the contrast with the black card on both. x
ReplyDeleteBoth cards are absolutely BEAUTIFUL Bonnie and your coloring is fabulous...you went right from beginner to pro with those Copics!! Love the colors you used too and how they pop against the black!! I struggle with Copics and digi's because the black ink smears. Michele told me to heat set and wait 24 hours which I have tried, but still I get the smearing. Any helpful tips from your end?? I just sent 30 thank you cards off to our local hospital last week, so I too am hoping that they will brighten someone's day who is doing work that I can't even imagine how hard it must be. Hope you're staying well and safe...I am too...just a little cabin fever! Hugs. :0)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, no more practice needed -- you're there girl! Love the pretty sunflowers
ReplyDeleteSo sweet of you and the front line will definitely appreciate it. Wow! Your Copic colouring is gorgeous, Bonnie. Such a clever idea to cut up the background piece. I should have checked out the sale at Power Poppy. Actually, I wish I did digital... it sure would save me a lot of money. 😂

ReplyDeleteBonnie, this is amazing! Your coloring is gorgeous and I love when I see Power Poppy, especially the digis. Wow! The word "hero" is sometimes used loosely, but our health care workers are the very definition. Words can never express enough thanks.
