Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
I have a slimline card for the Christmas stash.
I used a Slimline Stencil from Stamplorations pressing VersaMark through it
then heat embossing with white powder.
When the embossing had cooled, I used my stencil brushes to add some
Distress Oxide ink over the whole piece. I used Tumbled Glass first and dried,
then gently added some Wilted Violet here and there and let it dry.
I needed it darker and used some Blueprint Sketch Distress Ink since I didn't
have a dark blue in the Oxides.
After buffing the embossing to remove excess ink, I matted it and popped it
on a card base and added some sparkly die cut snowflakes on top.
I kept thinking it needed some red so I tied a sparkly, die cut sentiment with
some red twine. Some stickers added a finishing touch to the center of the snowflakes.
