Spring is almost here.
At least we hope so!
The Flower Challenge is asking for...
I used this NBUS stencil that a dear friend gifted me and inked the
wisteria up in purple ink.
I cut the piece in half and die two mini slimline cards.
I added some ink blending around the stenciled design.
Here's the second.
I used a technique by Eileen Godwin for this one.
It's a bookmark tied on a card base.
The card bases are a mini slimline 6 1/4" x 3 1/4"
Maybe a good Easter card....
It's the first outing for the stencil and the rabbit so I'll share this with
NBUS (Never Before Used Schtuff)

ReplyDeleteI love the stencilled wisteria on both slimline cards Bonnie, and the pretty added vellum and gold butterfly and lovely layers on the first, and then the second with a sweet little hare on the bookmark tied to the beautiful embossed card base..a great idea. x

Brilliant to cut the lovely stencilled panel into two to turn them into these beautiful mini slimlines. I have yet to give this size a go.
