I stamped this beautiful image and let it dry, then lightly added some
Distress Ink with a blending brush.
The butterfly was stamped again on a snippet of patterned paper from
my stash and fussy cut to add over the top. I did the same thing for the
butterfly body. The antenna are bits of black twine.
I added some splatters and a couple of thin frames.
My mixed media are Paper Piecing, Stamping, Ink Blending, Splattering,
and Die Cutting.

What a classy looking card...that background image is so "right" for that beautiful butterfly. I like the 2 thin frames that set it off.

WOW! Talk about beautiful designs. This is fabulous, Bonnie! Just paper piecing that butterfly made this look incredible! Love the framing on this too. I have such a hard time with those fine frames but sure do like the way they look.
