Butterfly Flourish

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

I stamped this beautiful image and let it dry, then lightly added some
Distress Ink with a blending brush.

The butterfly was stamped again on a snippet of patterned paper from
my stash and fussy cut to add over the top. I did the same thing for the
butterfly body.  The antenna are bits of black twine.

I added some splatters and a couple of thin frames.

My mixed media are Paper Piecing, Stamping, Ink Blending, Splattering,
and Die Cutting.

Challenges:
CAS Mix Up - Paper Piecing
NBUS #25 - Never Before Used Schtuff

  19. Wonderful paper piecing of that butterfly! Love the collage look of the background. And great job getting two of those thin frames laid down - I find it hard enough to get one down nicely!
