Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
This seems to be the year for foil for me.
I joined friends to use our Glimmer Foil Systems and borrowed this fabulous
Christmas tree foiling plate.
Then I had to do another.

ReplyDeleteLOve the results you are getting, and this festive, beautiful tree!

Oh wow, these are gorgeous. Very clean and shiny Christmas cards with such a beautiful tree.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous glimmer foil Christmas Tree cards, Bonnie. I have been loving ALL your Christmas cards, my friend. TFS Love and Hugs..Nancy
ReplyDeleteOh, please don't get me started on foiling now! You know what an enabler you are. These cards are beautiful, and they sure do show how glimmer foil got its name!
ReplyDeleteI love the delicate nature of that tree, Bonnie, and the foil makes it shine, in more ways than one. ;) I love the embellishments on the first one too.
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful Bonnie, and how nice that you can get together with friends and share. xx
ReplyDeleteThat's beautiful, Bonnie - it must be so shiny in real life!
ReplyDeleteTwo fabulous foil Christmas trees Bonnie and love the touches of red for the baubles and sentiment, and more pretty greens and the gold sentiment on the second. x
ReplyDeleteSo Merry Christmas Bonnie! My favorite is the first one because of the pops of red. You are indeed reminding me that I better get started on some Christmas Cards - but I haven't finished Spring yet much less summer!
ReplyDeleteSandy xx
Wonderful trees Bonnie - love the glimmer, which i can only see glimpses of - it must look amazing IRL!
ReplyDeleteStay safe
Blessings
Maxine
Gorgeous cards, Bonnie! I've never tried foiling myself. Thanks for playing again at Christmas Kickstart, Jo x
ReplyDeleteI am SO jealous as these cards are both just BEAUTIFUL Bonnie! I bought a foiling machine awhile back and have not had much success with it...grrrr! Michele and I are getting together next week to see if we can figure it out together...maybe you could fly up and help us out??? :0) I love LOVE the tree foil plate you used and it looks like different color greens were used for the foil but I'm assuming it's the light hitting the foil that makes it look like the different shades? Anyway, both cards are just gorgeous!! Hugs. :0)
ReplyDeleteOh, what a pretty tree! These are both wonderfully CAS, Bonnie!
ReplyDeleteLove foiling! … I need to buy more plates! These are so pretty. I can imagine the gorgeous shine IRL.
ReplyDeleteBoth these cards are amazing, who doesn't love foil? One of these days i will invest in a foiling system using glue or transfer paste is just not the same. Thanks so much for being inspired to join us at Christmas Kickstarter this month xx xx
ReplyDeletethis is GORGEOUS Bonnie! Foil can be addictive. This reminds me of a stencil I have and wondering if I can stencil in black, scan and print on the laser and then foil. Love the gemstone accents you added as well as the various colors of green in the foil.
ReplyDeleteThe foiled Christmas trees are so pretty, Bonnie! Love the swirly tree design. The red and the gold are the perfect match for the glimmer green.
ReplyDeleteYou ARE on a foil roll! :-)
Hideko
Beautiful! Those systems are amazing but I do wonder how you did multiple greens on one plate?
ReplyDeleteGorgeous foiled Christmas trees, Bonnie. Foil makes everything so elegant and perfect for Christmas cards. So nice that you can get together with friends and share foiling plates. xx
ReplyDeleteBoth of these cards are beautiful Bonnie! I love that tree die, it is so fancy looking. Or is elegant a better word?! The embossed foil looks amazing behind it, really brings this die to life! Just gorgeous! Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteyour foiling looks gorgeous Bonnie, I have to pull out my laminator- too scared to buy glimmer foil system, I can just imagine how addictive those plates are :)
ReplyDeleteThat tree is a stunner, Bonnie, looks like the foil is multicoloured which just makes it even more beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWow Bonnie - what fabulous foiled Christmas trees! Wish I'd use my Glimmer stuff more often, oh well... Love what you did with the trees!!
ReplyDeleteso gorgeous and elegant...great job.

Beautiful and unique effect and stunners of cards Bonnie x.
ReplyDeleteI can imagine how beautifully your Christmas tree shines and glitters, Bonnie. It's a shame the photo doesn't show this, but we all know how great this card must look live. And such great entrances to challenges!
