These embossed butterflies are so much fun to work with!
I've used blending brushes and ink cubes to color each in a different shade.
I did the ink blending on a piece of cardstock. The run off makes a matching background.

And it felt like Summer here earlier this week with temps in the mid 80's, but the rain and falling temps started today and now it feels like Fall! I wasn't quite ready to say goodbye to Summer yet, so I'll just gaze at your lovely and colorful butterflies and not look out my window! BEAUTIFUL card my friend!! Hugs. :0)

ReplyDeleteThese embossed butterflies are fabulous Bonnie, and in five different bright colours, and love the contrast with the black bodies and the white on black sentiment strip across the card. A great idea to use the piece of cardstock which you did the ink blending on as a background...it all harmonises beautifully. x
