Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
When I saw the mood board at Just Us Girls, I knew it was time for this kitty to
come out to play.
He doesn't look too happy. I think he was surprised to be let out after such a long time.
His scarf and hat were a bit of a challenge. A tag die worked for his hat and an
arch die was cut apart for his scarf. The pom-pom was made with a flower die.
I think he's uttering a cynical Fa la la la!

I have to hand it to you. You are the most imaginative crafter I know! Who but you would have come up with this clever card? I have so many kitty lover friends that they’d just LOVE this as I do!
ReplyDeleteSo adorable and soooo clever!
ReplyDeleteI think he's saying "What's that thing on my head?", Bonnie. How clever of you to use regular dies to make his hat, pom, and scarf. This is such a cute card. Thanks for sharing it with us at Just Us Girls.
ReplyDeleteI remember dressing my cat in doll clothes when I was a kid - this reminds me of Smoky's expression - "get this off of me!" Just darling, Bonnie!!

ReplyDeleteThis cutie made me giggle! He's adorable on your card, but check out that expression!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the giggle this fabulous card gave me Bonnie - that poor cat is my only comment - I know mine wouldn't stay still long enough to get a hat, let alone and hat and scarf onto him.... but then we don't have very cold winters in comparison to you
ReplyDeleteBlessings
Maxine

What a perfect take on the image on the mood board! Love your cat with his bright blue eyes and his fabulous hat and scarf!! Very clever to use a flower die for the pom-pom!
ReplyDeleteHaha, I totally agree about the cynical Fa La La La Bonnie - and Bah Humbug would work well as a sentiment too! Love the little cat image and the way you've given him the intense blue eyes. Vicky x
ReplyDeleteHe looks all snuggly as well as surprised to find himself in such a predicament. His people are always dressing him up like that! Adorable and clever and very fun to look at, Bonnie!
ReplyDeleteYour cat has beautiful winter clothes, Bonnie. It definitely won't get cold :-) Great idea to create such fabulous clothes for a cat. You used so many different dies brilliantly. The main prize was won by a pompom!
