Marigolds


Papertrey Ink (capture the moment) 
has a Blog Hop every month.

I don't think I've ever participated.

When I saw the inspiration photo for this one, I couldn't resist.

I inked the marigolds from the PTI Year of Flowers Collection with markers,
stamped and used the Aqua Painter to spread the color.

The stripes are stamped and the organdy ribbon represents the white flower.

    I love your take on the photo Bonnie and the marigolds are so pretty on the stitched rectangle and the stamped stripe down the side works beautifully, and then the pretty sheer white ribbon is a great finishing touch. x
