I die cut the Lorelai Leaf branches from some snippets of sponged paper.
I sponged a bit around the edges of the leaves and shaped them with my fingers.
I sponged some Baked Brown Sugar ink on the branches with a make up applicator,
then used a blender pen to soften the color.
I had this frame left over from some die cut rectangles used a while ago,
so I framed the scene.
I'm being tricky by doing a Thanksgiving card instead of Halloween.
and
Autumn is in the Air
and
'Autumn...the year's last, loveliest smile'
Autumn leaves make me smile.
So glad you could stop by.

What a beautiful autumn card Bonnie and the way you coloured the leaves is stunning. How great that most of the materials you used had already been made - I love a crafter who makes use of all the bitty bits we have left!

Oh this is just splendid. At first I thought it was some of the burnished copper, so your sponging is really spectacular! I love the leaf branch overhanging that white fence too. I hope we still have some fall color to enjoy when we get home...if the rain didn't knock all of them to the ground. Heard a gentle rain started again this morning. Hope it's dried out from the first go-round. TFS & Hugs
