Darling Poppies in Black and White


My friend Jan brought some new toys over for a play.

The Darling Poppy Die was in her stash.

I'd seen these cards by the very talented Betty Keefe.
(scroll down a bit to see the cards.)
So I knew just what I wanted to to with this die.


I used the die to cut from both a piece of white and black cardstock, 
then inlaid the black flower into the outcut of white.
So simple and I love the results.

A sentiment and a little stamped design down the side and I was finished.
