I added it to a card base.
I hope this counts as new work.
It was kind of an easy peasy shortcut.
But it has sparkle, bling and die cuts.

The database from which you cut the tag is beautiful. I love the cool blue watercolor background on which so beautifully glittering snowflakes. Adding vellum makes the card light. Great design, Bonnie :-)
