It's time for a new challenge at
CAS Watercolour.
Nancy is our host this month and she chose
This is such an easy and fun technique!
Our Design Team and fabulous Guest Designer Marcia (Marcia K. Designs)
have some beautiful splash cards to inspire you.
Loll has done a video that you might want to check out if you haven't already.
I used some Peacock Feathers Distress ink on my craft mat, spritzed it,
and pounced my mixed media paper into the wet ink to splash the color
onto the paper.
Then I added some die cuts that I colored by sponging color on them
with Distress Oxide inks then spritzing with water.
The flowers are winked with clear Wink of Stella
but the camera didn't want to show you that.
They are very shimmery though.
Since I colored my die cuts, I'll add this to the gallery at
Challenges:
Enjoy!
