Snowy Tree for CAS Christmas

Hello friends! I'm glad you could pop in.

Today's card is a reminder that there's only about a week left to join in at
CAS Watercolour

Our sweet Hideko is hosting this month's challenge....

I had only used this little snow tree die once before and it was time to show it some more love.

I die cut all the layers from Glimmer Paper and a snowdrift too for good measure.

The background is a little piece of salted watercolor background.
I'm down to the teeny tiny pieces of that.

I'v assembled the layers of the tree using dimensionals so it has lots of dimension.

A tiny die cut star finishes off the scene.

Do go to CAS Christmas and check out all the fantastic
inspiration cards that our team and Guest Designer, Barb have done.

Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

  6. Oh wow, Bonnie! Loooove this snowy, glimmery tree! I just want to sip hot cocoa and watch the heavy snowfall from a window covering everything like a blanket! I think we could use some cold snowy times right now, huh? lol

  7. Wow, Bonnie, what a wonderful idea to die-cut the tree (layers) out of glimmer paper! It looks like snow on the tree is reflecting the star light. I love it! The color of the salted watercolor sky is so beautiful and it also adds a nice texture to the scene. The simple pierced frame is just perfect. Hideko xx
