From Calendar to Card

Hello friends.

I have been posting the pages from my handmade calendars.

This card comes from last December's page.

I thought it would be good to get the page out of my UFO box.

The design image was stamped and the ornament was
die cut from red Glimmer Paper.

I added a frame that was embossed with a Texture Plate from PTI.

I also added some Nuvo Crystal drops over the stamped berries for added
dimension and texture.

I'll join in at Rudolph Days where as long as it's Christmas, anything goes.
Thanks so much to Scrappy Mo for holding this challenge every month.

Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

Enjoy!

  7. Your calendar page makes a gorgeous Christmas card Bonnie. I still have your calendar from a few years ago and my plan was to make each of the pages into cards. Hasn't happened yet, but hope to get to it sooner rather than later. :) Time just gets away from me. :) xx

  15. What a fabulous way to enjoy your creations twice by making a card from your calendar page, Bonnie!
The color combo is very simple and yet the card has so much interest - the second-generation stamping, the glittery textured bauble, the shiny nuvo berries, the linen textured frame, the two different fonts of the sentiments. Great design/layout too!
