More Guest Designing for Penny Black Saturday Challenge

Hello.  I'm so glad you could stop by!

There's still time to join in at Penny Black Saturday Challenge.
'ANYTHING GOES/OPTIONAL 'SOMETHING NEW'

For this card, I masked and watercolored with Kuretake Gansai Tambi Watercolour.

When it was completely dry, I stamped my new Fragile Beauty stamp using
gray ink.  I let that dry and rubbed my embossing buddy all over then stamped
with white pigment ink and heat embossed.

I removed the mask, stamped a sentiment.  The die cut popped over the top
was inspired by my friend Ros.  I love how it adds dimension.

Since I've used cool colors to watercolor, I'll add this to the gallery at

And do check out the wonderful inspiration from the Design Team
and join in at the Penny Black Saturday Challenge.

Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

Enjoy!

  2. WOW...this is absolutely BEAUTIFUL Bonnie! It makes me think of what's right outside my window right now after all the snow came through last night! Your water colored edge is perfection with the stamped gray and white branches and I'm loving your little touch of Ros too with the die cut! Lovely, lovely card my friend!! :0)

  7. Congratulations, Bonnie for your Guest Designer honor on Penny Black's Saturday Challenge. I LOVE your double stamping of your PB Fragile Beauty image over your beautiful watercolored masked background. I also love how Ros often adds die cut images to her main images. Your die cut foliage really makes your main image flow. TFS my friend. Hugs..Nancy

  21. This card is amazing Bonnie! I can see why they want you to guest design for them as you are a pro my friend. I love this cold, frosty look on this card and the branches you have stamped and embossed. The white branch looks great layered on too. About how frosty we were looking last night with the freezing rain we got! Hugs, Brenda
