In these times of isolation, I'm so thankful for your friendship
and that we can visit with each other safely.
What a wonderful community of card makers!
I'm so thankful for all of you!
I've enjoyed my little break and have caught my breath.
Now I'm ready to jump back in!
It's time for a new challenge at CAS Mix Up.
This month our fantastic Loll is hosting and she chose...
There are videos at the challenge site if you aren't sure how to bleach your cards.
Our super talented Guest Designer, Mac Mable, and our fabulous
Design Team have some wonderful inspiration for you.
My bleaching is in the background not the butterfly. Just sayin....
I stamped some leaves on a piece of Brusho background with WOW Embossing Ink
and heat embossed with clear powder.
I put a bit of bleach in a jar and used a paintbrush designated for bleach to
dab some on the leaves. A little piece of paper towel works well to dab it off.
When the piece was dry, I stamped some more leaves and heat embossed with white
to add another dimension.
The butterfly was stamped with black ink and embossed on both Neenah and vellum.
I fussy cut both butterflies and glued the vellum one on top of the white.
Hopefully you have some bleach left (it only takes a little) and can join us at
CAS Mix Up.
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.
Enjoy!
