So Kind, Just Because

Hello there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

I've used another of my stenciled Split 4 backgrounds to make a card
for our sweet Emmy.

I've stamped these cute little guys with Memento Ink and colored with Copics.

and for the boys...

Here are two more from the Split 4.  (The 4th didn't make it to a card.)

The above card on the right was shared last week.  I added a sentiment before 
sending it off.  Then I needed to do one for Luke too.

  4. I love the sweet PB hedgie and mouse on that 'split 4' background, beautifully coloured Bonnie and perfect for Emmy, then your toucans, so bright and beautiful on their stencilled leaf backgrounds, and great sentiments for the boys. Three wonderful cards much appreciated I'm sure! x

  5. Oooh, Bon, I love this split-4 version and will be checking my leaf stencils today! The bold colors of the greens against the white are mwah and, of course, the hedgie/mouse scene and the toucans are just adorable!! (So curious why that fourth one didn't make it to a card, dang it.)   7. Really love your stenciled split four, Bonnie! Those leaves make the perfect background for your birds and critters!! Especially love the hedgie on a swing coming out from the fronds!!

  15. OMGosh, these cards for Emmy and the boys are just so fun, bright and again fun!!! I love how cheery they are, the hedgie and mouse is just so sweet. I love hedgie swing from those tropical branches. The toucan's are fabulous too, love them and you have colored them so well too. I'm wild about these cards! lol Hugs, Brenda

  18. Bonnie, I haven't had enough time to add stenciling to the split 4 technique, but I did try out die-cuts! More to come... in the meantime I'm loving seeing these toucans again... or would that be four-cans?

  22. ALL 3 of these cards are FABULOUS Bonnie! And I love how you added to the already simple Split 4 design and really ramped these cards up! PB has the most ADORABLE images and Emmy is going to LOVE her card! Of course those Toucan's are pretty sweet too nestled amongst the leaves, so the boys will definitely not feel left out!   27. Wow! A wonderful collection of cards for your Grandkids! My daughter is an Emma. I haven't tried this technique , but am now inspired to give it a go. You leaves are so pretty and I love the PB Hedgie & mouse! Stunning! Thanks for sharing at PBSC:)

  31. Split 4, that's new to me, but what a great idea for making a few cards. The leaves are truy vibrant and the perfect setting for all these creatures. Beautiful fun cards and so specially coloured...for your sweet kids. They must have been so happy receiving these from a very special lady. xx
