I used a Power Poppy Digital Image and watercolored it with a
combination of Zigs and Watercolor Pencils.
I ended up with some smudges on the frame. These snowflake sequins I've been
hoarding, came in handy! I added a tiny rhinestone to the center of each.
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.
Enjoy!

A sweet image and your colored it beautifully. Great save and now we know why embellishments were created! Great save and lovely card, Bonnie. I thought of you after I saw the news and wonder if you felt the earthquake.
ReplyDeleteLove your card Bonnie xxx gorgeous

Your pear tree in the tea pot is SO CUTE Bonnie and the Partridge makes this card totally perfect for the challenge!! And the snowflake sequins are also perfect for hiding those little smudges that none of us would have even known were there...they fir right in with the card!! So I guess it pays to hoard after all, right??!! Thanks so much for sharing this beauty with us at CAS Christmas!! :0)
ReplyDeleteThis is such a pleasing card with the coloring and the teapot, etc. Best of all is the "Bonnie magic touch" of covering up a few boo boos with the snowflakes and rhinestones...and pulling it all together by adding a snowflake to the teapot. You are so good at this, and I just love it when you confess your boo boos...makes me feel better about mine.
ReplyDeleteWow Bonnie - beautiful partridge in a pear tree pot and I love how you colored it!! Perfect within the frame, including the strategic snowflakes!!
ReplyDeleteA Beautiful image shown off beautifully Bonnie.

Lots of detail in the digi. Love those pears, you achieved to much dimension. The bird is a happy camper on that teapot. Beautifully framed too, great card.
ReplyDeleteGreat coloring with Bonnie watercolor crayons. I love how this image looks in the end. The reassuring part is that you even have random streaks. I thought it only happened to me.
