Hello there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
Today I'm Guest Designing for the Penny Black Saturday Challenge.
It's an honor and a pleasure to be designing for them this month!
This challenge is always Anything Goes with an option.
This month's option is Use Your Favorite Colors.
I have so many favorite colors depending on the season.
This orchid/light blue combination is a favorite.
My mother had a brooch with these colors that I always loved.
I've stamped this gorgeous flower on Mixed Media paper with
Archival Shadow Gray ink and colored with Arteza Twimarkers and a waterbrush.
The wash was done with Tumbled Glass re-inker on a wet background
and the sentiment was stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink.
I used this curved edge die by Penny Black to emboss the card front.
Embossing with a die is the challenge at CAS Mix Up this month.
It's one of my favorite techniques!
I hope you'll check out the awesome inspiration cards at both these
challenges then join in.
Challenges:
Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Anything Goes/Option Favourite Colors
CAS Mix Up - Embossing with Dies
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.
Enjoy!
