Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
Super Quick and CAS! Some bits of patterned paper fit perfectly under this
Christmas die. I added a little sprig for extra interest.
I lightly sponged some white ink on the raised pine boughs on this one.
The embossed piece was in my Christmas UFO box. So was the Merry Christmas
die cut.
Challenges:
Cardz for Guyz #259 - Traditional Christmas
Jingle Belles Last Hurrah
The Male Room Challenge #145 - Tartan & Plaid
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

Nothing says masculine more than Buffalo check, Bonnie! Your 'hunter green' says it pretty perfectly, too!

Both of your guy Christmas cards are perfect. Love the Buffalo check background and the embossed pine boughs on the green is lovely. TFS
ReplyDeleteVery attractive - you have more ideas than Carter has "Little Liver Pills".

This style of sentiment die does work beautifully to make a quick and beautiful card Bonnie, and both versions look great. I particularly love the red and black check and the rich green looks wonderful too, and finished perfectly with the added white pine sprig on both. x
ReplyDeleteFabulous masculine cards, Bonnie! I have that sentiment die so must keep this design in mind.
ReplyDeleteGrandly beautiful and perfect for the guys, but they totally have my heart, too. Love the warm, woodsy look of them.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous die cut sentiment and both cards look wonderful Bonnie x.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for leaving such a lovely encouraging comment for me Bonnie :) And thank you for inspiring me with these cards - yes, I've realised I'm short of cards and I need to get into mass production! Vicky x

ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards, and kudos for using those "bits" - they make for beautiful cards!
ReplyDeleteTwo great cards for guys, Bonnie - thanks for the inspiration!! I don't make too many Christmas cards for just guys but it's always great to have ideas for those few!!
ReplyDeletePerfect masculine cards. The plaid is classic. I must have joined the MB team too late and missed that awesome die.
ReplyDeleteLove the plaid, perfect masculine card and those dies are great. I have the Merry Christmas and need to pull it out, it's been a while :)
ReplyDeleteFabulous cards for the men Bonnie. Love the added die sprigs. You could enter these into The Male Room Challenge https://themaleroomchallengeblog.blogspot.com/2020/12/challenge-145-tartan-plaid.html, plaid and tartan being the theme?

Great designs with this die. I love both cards, I love the checkered background, but I love the green twig background as well. This die is quite difficult to design an interesting card, you did it exceptionally well, Bonnie
