Memory Box Small Antilles Flowers

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

I've used this pretty Memory Box Die again.

This time I popped it on a piece of embossing and framed it.

It's a softer lilac color but the camera says differently.

and...

I colored it again with DOX inks and slipped it into an egg shaped aperture in
honor of Easter.

The background for the egg is a mop up piece from Gansai Watercolor.  The
script was done by dipping the stamp in the wet color and stamping on
the mop up.

  10. Both cards are just gorgeous in those wonderful Easter colors! I never thought to dip a script stamp in the soupy mess on the mat. That was brilliant and what a great effect. Love that background as well as the die cut on the embossed card stock. As always, I just love your layout!

  11. Two stunning cards Bonnie and I especially love the first with that beautiful 3D embossing in the background with the pretty purple coloured flowers and love the purple frame with a stitched one over the top...so elegant! The second with the more pretty flowers and the egg shaped aperture cut and embossed is terrific too, and the mop up inky background with the inky script looks great. x
