Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
A few months ago we did a technique on Zoom where we sponged the edge of a
design then stenciled over that.
I created some giant snowflakes.
First I stamped the row of fir trees using a mask and stamping several times.
I used a brush to add some ink to the top edge then added more ink though
a stencil.
I added some Quickie Glue pen to the snowflakes and sprinkled glitter over
them to give it some sparkle.
The die cut deer has some sponging on the edges to add dimension.
Another Christmas card for the stash.

ReplyDeleteI love that tree line stamp Bonnie...so realistic looking! And your snowflakes in the background are so pretty and the deer looks so content to be out in the cold like it's no big deal! Lovely, lovely card my friend!! Hugs. :0)
ReplyDeleteI have to tell you that I am really drawn into your trees Bonnie. I love the way you have colored them - a snowy forest and the world goes quiet. That's what I miss about living in North Carolina - snow! Of course the Buck is so elegant and proud. Just like the ones in real life. A touch of magical snowflakes and your scene is complete.
ReplyDeleteIt is hard for me to get my mind around Christmas right now - where did Valentine's day go!!!!!
