Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
Remember the card that left a frame for later?
Now is later....
I fussy cut a piece from another colored image and added it to the frame.
I also colored and fussy cut one of the flower images from this set.
The leaves were inked with Tombow Markers and the flowers were inked
with Distress Markers. I used a damp waterbrush to blend the ink.
I tried to dot some fake splatters. It was a bad idea!
And while I had the stamp out, another card...
And here they are together. A Twofer.
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

Ahhh, 2 striking cards later! They sing spring. Love the sentiment on the first card.
ReplyDeleteLater looks wonderful! The leaves are a lovely background for the soft pink flowers. You are so good with a water brush and blending. I'm loving the second card too. I just got that StrongerTogether set and this inspired me.
ReplyDeleteI think you did a fantastic job on both of your cards. Spatters and all. [Bunny]
ReplyDeleteThey're both beautiful Bonnie and I happen to like your "fake" splattering dots on the 1st card!! Love that frame too and the additional leaf you fussy cut to add! Lovely, lovely cards my friend!! Hugs. :0)
ReplyDeleteGreat to see how you used the frame Bonnie and what a fabulous and beautiful card it is. I love how you 'framed' the second striking card. Loving the splats and I love both of these cards Bonnie x. Great colouring on both too x.
ReplyDeleteLove these 2, your inked leaves look amazing and I like your fake splatters, I wouldn't have known if you hadn't said. Your second card is wonderful too xx
ReplyDeleteWOW! What incredibly beautiful cards and designs! No idea how you got that gorgeous green from Tombows but I'm going to continue to try. I also spy another stamp set I can't live without!
ReplyDeleteThat frame didn't disappoint, Bonnie, and the added little branch and sweet flowers really make a statement. I love the simplicity of the second card. I had to look up the set since I think these leaves are so perfect for a lot of great designs.
ReplyDeleteTwo lovely pastel beauties. Great fussy cutting too. Your second card is my fave, ssshhhh your splatters are perfect. ;-)
ReplyDeleteTwo gorgeous cards and love the background of leaves with the added prettily coloured flowers over the top, and then the panel of leaves layered onto some green card which looks so beautifully CAS Bonnie. x
ReplyDeleteVery lovely, Bonnie! Such gorgeous leaves, and bright Spring green - I'm looking forward to seeing that outside my window!

Great use of your leftover frame on the first card! I love the second card - maybe because it has all that white space. The two together make a great Twofer!
ReplyDeleteOh I do love a leaf stamp! I love the way you have shown these leaves to be growing in two very different ways. Love the pink flowers on the thinking of you card and the splatters seem good to me. Vicky x
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful leaf twofer. I see nothing wrong with your faux splatters... I imagine it was easier to control. 😂
ReplyDeleteOh, yes, I remember your other card and, OMG, it looks fabulous as a frame! Then, surprise -- you have a lovely, sweet and simple twofer! Beautiful, Bonnie!
ReplyDeleteGreat Twofer within a Twofer. Your frame with the flowers is beautiful and love that leaf stamp and both cards :)
ReplyDeleteLove how you used your leftover leaf frame for your 1st card and the added pretty die cut flowers, Bonnie. Your 2nd bonus card with the pretty leaf panel turned out beautifully too. TFS my friend. Love and hugs...Nancy
ReplyDeleteI believe BOTH are gorgeous! Love the frame and adding a branch to reach inside, and the other stands strong on its own
ReplyDeleteBoth leafy cards are so beautiful, Bonnie! The fussy-cut flowers are pretty, and the tone of coral is perfect for the green leaves on the frame. The vertical lines are fresh and cool of the second card. I love the designs of both cards. Wonderful twofers!
