It's almost time to start sending out Christmas cards and I still need a few.
So I'm grabbing every chance I get to get in the studio and work on them.
I think I need to work a little faster!
When I saw the Inspired By Challenge photo this week, the candles made me
think of the background I'd done a few weeks ago with Paper Glaze and a stencil.
The white glaze puts me in mind of a candle.
So I die cut a berry branch from mixed media paper, my Distress Markers and waterbrush
and colored it up.

ReplyDeleteI love the painting on that die cut. Those berries are done SO perfectly and so are the leaves! That paper glaze makes a fantastic background too. Love this design!

ReplyDeleteOh Bonnie, this card is just gorgeous! I love that die you used and of course you have watercolored it to perfection. I don't know what glaze is, is it like embossing powder to where it has to be heated??? Whatever it is, it is just beautiful on your background stamping. I really love this card! I don't seem to do any fast, instead I find I'm getting slower and slower in everything I do! lol Hugs, Brenda
